"Nice swimsuit, but the extra fees stung"
My order showed up in good shape, so no issues there... but the international shipping definitely took longer than I thought it would. I also ended up having to pay duties on top of everything, which was frustrating! The swimsuit itself is really nice, I just wish the full costs had been clearer before checkout

"Easy return, just caught them at a bad time"
I had to exchange my bikini for a different size, and the process was straightforward. It did take a few days to hear back, but I’m guessing I just reached out at a busy or awkward time. Once they got back to me, everything was sorted without any hassle. Happy enough with how it turned out.

"Soft, comfy, and a little slow to dry"
Overall, I’m happy with it and would still wear it often. The fabric feels really nice, soft, comfy, and a bit thicker than I was expecting in a good way. The fit is easy and comfortable too. I only knocked off a star because it does take a little longer to dry than some of my other swimsuits.

"I wore it a handful of times..."
I wore it a handful of times and it held up okay, but the stitching started getting loose fast. I kind of had a feeling that might happen, so it wasn’t a huge surprise, but it still would’ve been nice if it lasted a bit better.

I was hoping to pick up a swimsuit, but the sizes I wanted were all sold out. I checked back again later and it was still the same, which was a bit frustrating. The styles looked nice, I just wish there had been more availability.

"Shipping was super fast"
I ordered from elceswim.com and was surprised by how quickly it showed up. I got the tracking info soon after ordering, and my package arrived just a few days later. Everything was packed nicely and there were no problems at all. I’d definitely order again.

"Cute styles, even better than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting to like the site as much as I did, but it was really nice to browse. The bikinis are simple in a good way, with designs and fresh colors that don’t feel over the top. I thought I’d just take a quick look, but I ended up finding a lot of cute styles. Everything feels stylish and easy to wear, which is exactly what I like

"Arrived nicely packaged"
I always worry a bit about things getting damaged in shipping, so I was relieved to see this was packed really well. Everything arrived in good shape with no issues, which definitely gave me some peace of mind.

"Slow support and disappointing coverage"
I had a frustrating experience. Getting help took way longer than it should have, and the coverage wasn’t really what I expected when I signed up. If this doesn’t improve, I’ll probably start looking at other options.

"Cute, but not something I’d wear again"
I thought it looked really cute when I put it on, and even my sister said it was nice, but it just wasn’t comfortable. The fabric rubbed in a weird way, and the straps felt tight the whole day. I was ready to take it off by the time I got home.

"Too expensive for what you get"
I checked my receipt afterward and kind of regretted it. It just feels too pricey for what it is, and I don’t think it was really worth the money.

"Getting a reply was a nightmare"
I ordered from ELCE their customer service was ridiculous. I kept sending messages and waiting around like it was my job to chase them down, which is completely on them.

When they finally bothered to reply, it barely helped and didn’t fix anything. It felt like they just brushed me off, and I’m annoyed I wasted my time with them. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
